You were on track to receive your custom-cut area rug pad when and where you needed it, but something took a turn along the way. Our Return and Refund Policy outlines the steps to take if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or otherwise unusable custom cut area rug pad from us.

1. Eligibility for Return

Custom-cut area rug pads with manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or those that do not match your order are eligible.

 

2. Let us know

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Notify UnderItAll within 7 business days of receiving the incorrect, defective, damaged, or otherwise unusable custom-cut area rug pad by contacting our customer support team at info@itsunderitall.com.


You’ll need your order number, a brief description of the issue, and even a photo or two so that we can quickly get on the same page with you.


Note: If you are present at delivery and the package is severely damaged, simply refuse the package from the carrier and notify us immediately. 

 

3. Remake and Reship

Upon confirmation of the issue, we will remake the custom-cut area rug pad according to the original order specifications. This is our way of renewing the promise we made to deliver a rug pad that meets your needs. 

 

The remade custom cut area rug pad will be promptly shipped to you at no additional cost.

 

4. What to do with your incorrect product

Actually, we don’t want it back. Help us stay “eco” by reducing waste and contributing to sustainability. Please recycle or upcycle your incorrect area rug pad through local or national non-profits like ReStore, Goodwill, and Salvation Army.


5. Refund

If for any reason we are unable to remake your incorrect, damaged, or otherwise unusable custom-cut area rug pad, a full refund will be issued.


In these rare cases, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund,, please contact us at info@itsunderitall.com.


6. Change or Cancel

Because we custom cut each order on the same or next day, the window to change or cancel your order is incredibly short — as little as ten minutes and as long as a few hours. Call 404- 436-0985 or email info@itsunderitall.com right away if you need to make a change. Any change to an order once processing, cutting and shipping has been set in motion may result in additional charges.
